(RSSi) is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Graphics Artist / Design Illustrator to provide expertise for designing, preparing, and managing graphics for proposals, marketing and corporate businesses. Proposal support will include the creation of proposal art and graphics from hand drawn sketches and/or writer's oral guidance using computer software packages.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with proposal teams and developing graphics for Federal proposals in a multi-tasking, time-critical environment.
• Extensive experience with artwork and presentation material design using computer systems, graphic art software, and desktop publishing software. Experience with Photoshop, Microsoft Office 2007, MS Visio, and Adobe Illustrator is required.
• 5-7 years’ experience in graphics design, editing, and development in a schedule-driven environment managing large, time-critical document integration and proposal activities required.
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and clearable to a DOD Secret level; existing DOD Secret clearance a plus

(RSSi) is seeking candidates for the position of a .NET / SharePoint Developer to perform new development and maintenance on existing ASP and ASP .Net applications, database support to include table design and modification, stored procedures development and maintenance, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should have experience with SQL Server, .Net, and SharePoint.
Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Computer Science or directly related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Science, etc.)
• 5 years of related experience, including3+ years of Enterprise application development.
• Experience in building interactive data driven websites would be beneficial and a good knowledge of ASP NET, VB Net, and SQL Server; advanced knowledge of ASP.Net, VB Net, Net Framework, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and Web Services.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
• Experience with SOA or other web-based, multi-tier architectures, preferably Implemented in .Net.

As member of the team will work with customers and development team members to understand, address, and solve customer questions and issues. The candidate will join an established, experienced, and cohesive team. SOPs have been established and documented to assist team members in understanding their jobs and for a consistent customer experience.
Must be a US Citizen and clearable to a DOD Secret level; existing DOD Secret clearance a strong plus
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience and 2 years of specialized experience as a Help Desk Specialist (Specialized experience includes PC operating systems, e.g., DOS, Window, as well as networking and mail standards and work on help desk. General experience also needed includes information systems development and other work in the client/server field, or related fields.)
• Possess a demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Possess positive customer service attitude.
• Possess troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Possess an interest in pursuing an IT career is a plus.

Right Sized Solutions, Inc. (RSSi) is seeking candidates for the position of Sr. Systems Administrator. Candidates will participate in the development process including requirements analysis, specification generation, installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades. Other duties include:
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a systems Administrator.
• At least 4 years of experience in Linux or Unix shell scripting
• Experience with Unix/Linux Administration
• Experience with installation, configuration, problem solving, troubleshooting, and patch management life cycle
• Establish and periodically test backup and recovery
• identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks
• Providing advice and assistance to offsite production support team
• System analysis and reporting
• Planning, implementing, supporting data conversion efforts
• Administering and supporting the different Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, Solaris) in a development environment
